Andrew quickly identified the things I most needed to work on and was excellent at giving me advice about how to tackle problems. We often wrote down examples of problems/anxieties I had and worked through how these initial anxieties became bigger and how it would be best to challenge them. I found this process incredibly helpful and it allowed me to challenge my thinking.
